After a successful career in the insurance industry starting in the early 1980s, Karl retired—only to face a major relaxation. He found himself without company-provided life insurance and, due to a previous battle with cancer, discovered he was difficult to insure. At the same time, he realized just how confusing the world of Medicare could be, even for a seasoned professional.
That “wake-up call” changed everything. Karl decided to come out of retirement with a new goal: to ensure no one else in his community felt alone or overwhelmed by their insurance choices. He now focuses on Medicare and Life Insurance, helping neighbors navigate the very hurdles he had faced himself.
